PRESS RELEASE FROM THE CENTRAL ELECTORAL OFFICE

The Central Electoral Office hereby informs the general public that the official Quarterly Lists of Voters and List of Claims for the fourth quarter of 2024 for the seven (7) Electoral Districts were posted Monday 11th November, 2024 in their respective districts as listed below and on the Central Electoral Office’s Website  at http://electoraloffice.gov.ai/document  .

All concerned are asked to check the lists and to be guided in accordance with the advice of the covering Revision Notice. Any notice of correction or objection to these lists should reach the Central Electoral Office on or before 26TH November, 2024 and should be submitted on Form 8, 9 and 10 as relevant. Copies of the forms mentioned above may be obtained at the Central Electoral Office.

The general public is also hereby informed that registration of voters for the first quarter of 2025, is now in progress.  All prospective voters MUST meet the registration qualifying criteria as set out in the Anguilla Constitution Order 1982 Section 43(1).  For the avoidance of doubt, this includes documentary evidence of Anguillian status and proof of residence in the district they wish to be registered in.

Registration for the first quarter of 2025 will close on the 8th February ,2025 and can be done at the Central Electoral Office between the hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.
